At Dad and Daughter, our primary concern is inspecting the home for health, safety and code compliance. We believe these items are of paramount importance; cosmetic improvements come secondary! A report is created within 48 hours following our initial inspection. This report will detail the proposed work that needs to be done to bring the structure into compliance with applicable codes. This proposal is submitted to the lender, borrower and contractor. The cost of the inspection is the responsibility of the prospective home owner.

Inspecting the HVAC

After the initial inspection and report, we will return to the home for "draw" inspections. These are to insure the required work is being completed. Any discrepancies will be noted and photos are taken during this phase.
